The Oak Group Initiative – a beacon of hope and transformation for Millennials and Married Couples seeking to rediscover God's Presence, Purpose, and Process in the tapestry of their everyday lives through public speaking, 1 on 1 and group coaching, digital content, as well as retreats, intensives, and conferences.
Grant & Ashley Lewis, the driving force behind this initiative, bring not just expertise but a commitment born out of eighteen years of shared life and over a decade dedicated to ministry and coaching, specifically working with millennials and married couples. The passion that fuels their mission is evident in every facet of their work.
After a pause to focus on family and business, we are answering the call to reignite this ministry expression. We believe that now, perhaps more than ever, there's a need to break the chains of stagnation and help millennials live with purpose, courage, and the promise of fruitful marriages and families.
In a world where many feel adrift, stuck in the quagmire of limited beliefs and a lack of purpose, The Oak Group Initiative stands as a lighthouse, guiding individuals towards a life of fulfillment and purpose. Through impactful public speaking, personalized 1 on 1 and group coaching, engaging digital content, and immersive retreats, intensives, and conferences – both in the serene landscapes of Maui and globally – we live to bring about lasting change.
Grant and Ashley have a "proven track record" of making a difference in many lives. Each summer for five consecutive years, they conducted week long young leader intensives in historical Moravian Falls, North Carolina. Lifelong friendships blossomed and individuals emerged with newfound clarity, purpose, and courage to embrace their fullest potential and true selves.

In addition, they both invested over ten years with a local church in Pompano Beach in various staff role positions from giving oversight in a senior leadership role, to mentoring millennials, teaching in the main services, helping facilitate home fellowship groups, healing rooms oversight, finance and administration, missions oversight, and young leaders retreat intensives. Many of those relationships are still very strong today.
